Cache Crate Terms of Service

Our Promise to you:

If you are not absolutely satisfied with any products from us, we will gladly exchange the product, cancel your subscription or refund your purchase with us. Just contact us and we'll arrange it all for you.

Cache Crate Subscribers can always manage their own subscription, including cancellation at any time, via the Member Portal, or contact us:

Shipping:

Cache Crates ship out on or near the 15th of each month. This may vary from month to month depending on what week day the 15th falls. All active and paid subscriptions through midnight of the 14th (Pacific time) will ship in that month. If you start a new subscription after the 14th, your first shipment will occur in the following month.

We generally use USPS for all of our shipping. Shipping costs to US destinations are included in your subscription rates. Ship times depend on your ship-to address; generally less than a week for most US destinations.

International Shipments: We have many international Cache Crate Members. International members can choose the correct shipping addon at the time of initial sign up. This can be added later as well via the Member Portal, or contact us and we can do it manually with your approval.

Canada is an addon of $7 per month, and other international destinations is an addon of US$15 per month. If you would like another plan shipping internationally, just let us know and we will set it up for you.

For all International shipments, Cache Advance will not be held responsible or liable for any problems that result at your local customs office. If customs duties are assessed, these are in addition to your shipping charges and must be paid directly by you. No refunds will be given for items that are seized at your local customs office. Cache Advance will not be held liable for any customs duties or taxes that arise from your local customs office. Cache Advance will also not be held responsible for any additional fee the local carrier in your country may charge.

Cancellation:

Cache Crate Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Subscribers can cancel their subscription via the Member Portal, or contact us and we can do it manually for you within the next business day. If a cancelled subscription has prepaid months in the future, we are happy to refund the months that we have not shipped a Cache Crate to you.

Auto Renewal and Billing:

All non-gift Cache Crate Subscription plans auto-renew. By subscribing, you are agreeing that you understand that your method of payment will be automatically charged on the anniversary renewal date of your plan until you cancel your subsription.

For example, if your plan is monthly, your method of payment will be automatically charged on the one month anniversary date of your sign up to the Cache Crate Subscription. This date can be changed to another date; you must contact us to change the anniversary date for you.

In another example, if your plan is annual, your method of payment will automatically be charged on the one year anniversary of your sign up to the Cache Crate.

Gift Subscriptions do not renew and cancel at the time of their expiration.
